Yoga for beginners at Joogahuone and online
Yoga for Beginners (English) practice will include breathing techniques with movements and stillness to calm our mind. We will practice over ten postures with certain challenges yet with receptive minds and mini-meditation in between. After one and half hour session, we will have calmer mind and happier body. Although it is intended for beginners, all levels of practitioners will benefit from this session as different variations are given.
